Most major PPO plans
We accept most major PPO plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, and affiliated plans under these carriers. Depending on your carrier and the service, coverage may be in-network (including select plans in our physical therapy department) or through your out-of-network benefits.

Plans we're not able to accept
We do not accept EPO, HMO, or Medicare plans. If that's your coverage, ask us about simple self-pay rates for the care you need.
